Megan has many years of experience working in different aspects of higher education.  She graduated from Boston College with a BA in Human Development and then continued on to earn her Master’s degree.  She studied abroad in Quito, Ecuador during her undergraduate degree.

Megan joined the Poole College of Management in March 2013 and worked for 10 years in the Office of Undergraduate Programs serving on both the advising and admissions teams.  In this role, she advised incoming and prospective students and represented Poole College on NC State’s Transfer Student Success Committee.  She was awarded the Poole College Staff Innovation Award in Spring 2022 for her work with newly admitted transfer students.

In Fall 2023, Megan transitioned to Poole College’s Jenkins Graduate Programs and now serves as an Assistant Director of Advising and Student Affairs.  She manages the advising and student development needs of students enrolled in the Master of Management, Marketing Analytics (MMA) and Master of Management, Risk and Analytics (MRA) programs.  She also works with students enrolled in the Jenkins Graduate Certificate programs.

Megan loves helping students discover their strengths and passions both inside and outside of the classroom.  In her free time, she loves spending time with family, traveling, cheering on college sports and discovering North Carolina.
