The Poole Career Center engages with graduate alumni throughout their careers. We encourage you to take advantage of this support and to remain active within the Jenkins community by contributing your time and industry knowledge.

Professional Development

As a Jenkins alumnus, you are eligible to receive career coaching. We are excited to connect with you and help you navigate through your career path.

An executive career coach is available virtually for one-on-one coaching during the day and evening, six days a week. Coaching topics range from personal branding to interview preparation to salary negotiation.  The coaches will provide guidance on:

  • Job search strategies
  • Internal promotion strategies
  • MBA professional resume reviews
  • Assessment debriefs
  • Interview Preparation

Volunteer

On occasion, the career center will work closely with Student Services, Alumni Relations and the surrounding community to offer student-alumni events. Career programs serve as excellent opportunities for you to share your experience and industry expertise with current Jenkins students and fellow alumni. We appreciate your willingness to get involved and look forward to having you back on campus.

Sample volunteer opportunities:

  • Practice interviews with current Jenkins Graduate Business students.  
  • Share your industry expertise and personal career experiences with current students via informational interviews.
  • Corporate presentations. Serve as a representative of your organization by facilitating a corporate presentation to current Jenkins students.
  • Workshops and Panels. Are you a subject matter expert on a specific topic? Share your industry expertise and personal career experiences with current students through a workshop or panel.
