Reason You Chose the MMA Program: I am passionate about business analytics, and risk management had become an interest by the time I learned about the MRA program at NCSU. I have worked primarily for small businesses in accounting and financial management roles. Small businesses often can’t afford the bells and whistles, so I love that my risk management and business analytics skill sets will be a value add for my small business employers. Another reason I chose the MRA program is that the curriculum options are interesting and innovative, and it also stays on top of AI trends. Lastly, one of my favorite things about the MRA program is the people — the directors, instructors, and staff are wonderful, accessible, and truly care about the program and the students.
