Her career highlights include serving as Senior Associate Director of the University of Dayton Center for Leadership, where she oversaw overall operations, business development, strategy, curriculum design, and program evaluation for 200+ annual programs serving 7,000+ professionals across corporate, government, and nonprofit organizations. Drawing on her doctoral research and years of industry practice, Madeline has coached hundreds of leaders through critical career milestones.
